Applications have been lodged for new luxury accommodation in Lake Macquarie.
Modified plans for stage two of the Trinity Point development near Morisset have been lodged with the council.
Set to cost more than 600-million dollars — the five star hotel boasts a 6-hundred seat restaurant and a function centres, underground parking, gym, wellness centre, a day spa, business facilities and pool.
The green-roofed buildings will hold 180 residential apartments — more than three quarters of which will have lake views.
The project will be considered and assessed by both the department of planning and environment and Lake Macquarie council.
