Council offering $3,000 reward for information about vandalism offences

Maitland City Council are appealing for information after a spate of vandalism offences across the CBD.

One includes the toppling of a Nutcracker statue on High Street, the other the vandals have destroyed planter boxes along the riverbank at the Levee.

Mayor Philip Penfold says there is an up to $3,000 reward for information that leads to a conviction for damage to council assets.
