Australia’s industrial umpire has ordered a major tugboat operator Svitzer to dump its planned lockout of workers from ports across the country.
Maritime Union of Australia Newcastle secretary Glen Williams told Richard King the lockout would have done significant damage and it should be ashamed of itself for its willingness to hold the economy to ransom.
