Richard & Kim spoke to President of the Fullerton cove resident’s action group, Lindsay Clout, who is up in arms after he and a number of Red Zone residents received ‘over due’ water bills. Hunter Water have said there is no expectation of payment from these customers as Defence committed to paying for their water bills for the next 3 years.
