Richard King spoke with award winning Newcastle Herald Journalist, Joanne McCarthy who has been in Federal Court reporting on this class action from over 700 women including some here in the Hunter Region who are taking on manufacturer Johnson & Johnson over vaginal mesh implants – It was the first day of the hearing (Tuesday 4th July) & is expected to run as long as six months.
