Former Canberra Raiders Skipper & recent ACT Australian of the Year, Alan Tongue spoke with Richard King about this Domestic Violence NRL Prevention program he is running.
Since retiring in 2011, Tongue has created a number of workshops that are used in high schools and Junior footy clubs as well as in Juvenile and adult Jails. He describes his program as mentoring through fitness.
